Terms and Conditions
Hello!
We are so excited to work with your beautiful flowers and make them last forever.
This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Forever Fleur (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the customer of Forever Fleur's flower preservation services (referred to as "Client," "you," or "your"). By continuing with the purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Ordering and Payment
To initiate floral preservation services, you must read through this document, and a non-refundable deposit may be required. All orders must be placed through the website. If we accept your request for pick-up, we will invoice you for that additional charge.
Turnaround Time
The average turnaround time is 10 to 24 weeks from when we receive your flowers. Turnaround time may take longer than that, especially during busy seasons. Forever Fleur has the right to push back the timeline of completion as many times as necessary in order to provide the best finished product.
You understand that not all flowers in your bouquet will be used due to thickness, flower condition, or lack of space.
You understand that during the preservation process, flower colors do change and white flowers are more prone to browning and red flowers dry darker. Tropical flowers are more likely to lose their color during the drying process. You understand that your flowers are preserved naturally and may dull or lose pigment with age.
Forever Fleur reserves the right to substitute matching flowers when needed due to damage of original flowers.
You understand that any wires, adhesives, pins, or other methods used to secure your flowers by your florist may result in deeming your flowers unworkable.
You understand that once your flowers have begun the preservation process, they are unable to be sent back to you until the process is complete.
Flowers not used in the design will become property of Forever Fleur.
You understand that we can’t promise perfection, but we will work diligently to get as close to perfect as possible. Some imperfections may include micro bubbles, transparent spots on flowers, specks of dust/small hairs, or flowers changing colors during the drying process. Please remember that this is handmade by a human, not a machine.
If we are not happy with how a piece is turning out, we will reach out to you with options such as adding an additional piece for free or starting the piece over.
Forever Fleur is not responsible nor can be held liable for spoilage due to natural causes (i.e. power outages) or mechanical failure beyond their control. We avoid pouring resin on days where we are expecting large storms or colder than normal temperatures to prevent resin from being ruined in a power outage.
Ownership and Usage
Upon completion of the preservation process and full payment, the preserved flowers become the property of the client. Forever Fleur reserves the right to use photographs of the preserved flowers for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.
Aftercare
Proper care of your resin block is vital to its longevity. It must be kept out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading. If you drop it or something falls on it, there is a chance that the edges can chip. You can clean it with any household cleaning supply, but water and a paper towel will do the trick! Please note, all resin ambers over time. You can prolong that process by keeping it out of direct sunlight.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement. Refund eligibility for cancellations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Liability
Forever Fleur is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from our floral preservation services. Our liability is limited to the value of the preservation services provided.
By engaging in Forever Fleur's floral preservation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
